Winnie the Pool provides residential pool cleaning, weekly maintenance, repairs, green-to-clean recovery, and water-testing services in Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, and surrounding areas of Charlotte and Sarasota Counties, Florida. Service availability depends on your location, pool condition, and our schedule.

2. Quotes and estimates

Any prices, plans, or estimates shown on the Site are starting estimates provided for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we assess your pool, and may vary based on pool size, condition, and the scope of work requested.

3. Maintenance plans

Our maintenance plans are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract; you may pause, change, or cancel as described at sign-up. The specific terms of any service you purchase are set out in your service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content without our written permission;

The ZIP code and "Use my location" tools on our Site provide an approximate indication of whether you may be within our service area, and are offered for convenience only. They are not a guarantee of service. Please confirm coverage with us directly before relying on the result.
